What are nipples for?
Theres a couple of nipple on top of my 92 gsr IM that I dont know what to do w/ Im going to the ref soon, dont want to raise any alarms. So how should I connect these?

well, i dont know how strict the refs are, because they most likely wont notice it off..but you never know.
if you want to leave it on, just run a vaccum line to the intake tube.
it does not affect emissions, it is there so the throttle plate dont slam shut fast...kinda pointless if you ask me.
