Probably beating the dead horse:
Trying to finalize my JDM B16 to be CA BAR:
JDM MOTOR from top to bottom

Per BAR representative:
- convert OBD0 to OBD1 to include P30 ECU, OBD1 distributor, S2 IM(can't find OEM P30), ALL OBD1 sensors and 4-wire O2 sensor - CHECK

Problem:
- high HC/NO

Recommendations are welcome...
