hey guys..well ..i took off my AEM CAI today cause it has rained the past 2 days pretty hard..and going til the next 4 days..so i took the cai off...then i started my car just to make sure it still runs..and my check engine light came on...then i turned it off..then i found out that i didn't plug the 02 sensor ..so i did..and then started the car again...its still on...oh bye the way..i the the intake completely off..so i have no intake of anysot whatsoever now..just wondering why it came on...it didn't come on til i took off the CAI..thanks!

 

why would you unplug the o2 sensor to remove an intake?

 

you need to reset your ECU. The error code is stored and will not clear until you reset it. disconnect the positive battery terminal, wait for about a minute or so, and reconnect. If the error is gone, the code will clear.
