Default CTR cams in a B16

My buddy is wanting to put some CTR cams in his obd-0 b16 . Now its been said that u sholud leave ur stock exhaust cam and just use the CTR intake cam. They said u can make more power this way.......how much tuth is there to this....if any at all?

Change them both to CTR...better lift and duration. than stock B16 cams

people say you don't gain much with the ctr exhaust cam, so people don't always buy it. i would rather has the ctr over the b16. i'm sure it produces more.
