Any one know what resistor they use for the ACCENT LEDS.

Don't know what LEDs those are, but if it's for the car, and it runs off 12V, then they probably run about 10ma through it. 12V - 2V drop = 10V / 0.01A = 1K resistor. Get it from Radio Shack. If it's too dim, make the value a little smaller...
