Default what the heck is this?

can anyone tell me what this nipple is next to the trasnmission dipstick? it is located directly below the intake. i have attached some pictures below. does it need to have a cover or some sort of plug on it? i should add that it is an automatic transmission.

there is supposed to be a rubber cap on top of that.

yeah its suppose to come with a rubber cap. It can be used as a filling point for tranny fluid.

The proper cap has a provision for airflow from underneath so dirt will not enter the tranny.

i am sure i can just use like a K&N valvecover breather right?
i just freakin bought this car from Honda brand new and this is how they treat me.
i just happen to look down there and thats when i saw this. i have already put the first 1100 miles on it, damn good thing there is a warranty.
