what head should i go with ??

i have a GSR swap now... what head should i build or buy that would be good for a street driven car... i plan on going with a 150 shot down the road.... i just wanted to get ideas on some heads

should i go with OEM parts or Aftermarket parts ?

Just buy a pre-built head ? if so then where ?
