Default what to go with?

hey whats up guys i have a b18c5 and was wondering what cams to go with im inbetween the skunk 2 pro series stage 1 cams here are the specs intake .496 duration 264 exhaust .469 duration 264, or the normal skunk 2 stage 1 cams specs intake .469 duration 264 exhaust .433 duration 259. I already have super tech valve springs and retainers, buddy club head gasket 2 layer, and rc 310 injectors, and skunk 2 cam gears.
My compression is around 10:8:1 to 11:1 so im in between these two cams
as for mods i have cai, rmf narrow header, test pipe, exhaust, clutch and flywheel. My goal is to reach 200 whp with proper tunning of course so my questioin is what cam do u guys think will give me the numbers i want. Also i dont wanna loose low end or mid range either by getting to big of a cam. so please give me some info to go with thanks guys

In previous post you said you had Megan Header and Cam gears? Did you just change those? Megan products are probably not the way to go, very low quality Also you shouldnt look at it as 200whp, thats only peak numbers....What counts is whats under that.

Well pro 1's will help you more than the skunk stage one cams but the pro 1's will have to be tuned. They are not a drop in and go cam they require some work to get them to idle. But they have great midrange and top end.

pro 1's will give you more midrange. both will have comparable top end.

betwen those two choices, i'd vote for pro 1's.

make sure you have very good i/h/e or it'll be pointless otherwise.....
