What gauge wire for inline pump?

What gauge wire for inline pump?

I have an inline pump I'm installing in an engine bay and I'd like to run the wiring all the way to the rear seats. (I have a reason)

Should I just use the same gauge wire the stock fuel pump utilizes?

bigger is better

not sure exactly what size is good but stock needs to be junked if going with larger fuel pump or pushing a lot of power.

im using 14 guage for mine I wanted to go with 12 gauge but all the harness that I found had wires that were too small. 14 guage was the biggest size i could find with the relay harness.
