I'm going to bring my block to a machine shop, and want to make sure I have everything needed so I don't waste their time or mine. What do I need as far as gaskets, bearings, or others. Please be as specific as possible!!!

i know you got a b18c so choose integra &gt; GSR &gt; search for bearing or gasket
