What ecu code makes you run lean?

does a 1 make u run lean? my fren told me so. i just wanted to know cuz i'm running turbo and lean is not good for turbo. oh and i have a p28 ecu.

A code 1 doesn't really mean that you are running lean rather there is something wrong with your oxygen sensor or it's wiring...

if the o2 sensor didnt see a signal(code 1), than wouldnt it run rich? maybee im wrong?

or does any anycode make you run lean? i'm also throwing a code 9 (TDC of cyl #1) i doubt that will make me run lean but i don't know for sure. 99% sure though.
