any b series dohc vtec dist will bolt to the head. if you have a 92-95 car, get an obd1, if you have a 96+ car, get an obd2 dist.

Sorry, i totally forgot to say that i have a 94 integra ls. the head is from a 2000 si. What exactly is the difference between my dist. and the dohc vtec dist. do you know which ecu would be the best also?

The mounting legs on an LS distributor vs. a DOHC VTEC distributor is where they differ from each other. Its suggested that you use an OBD1 or 92-95 DOHC VTEC distributor with your engine setup since your 94 integra is OBD1 equipped.
It's also suggested to run an OBD1 VTEC ecu and possibly have it reprogrammed depending on your application.

If you somehow wind up with the 00 Si ignition, try and locate a 96-01 OBD2 integra GSR or ITR engine harness. It will plug and play into your 94/OBD1 equipped integra.
