Default What could this setup net SAE to the wheels: 1.8L

Goal would be to have a more full band tuned 1.8L that could rev high but
still drive on the street, drink pump gas and live happy.

GSR head with:
- appropriate head work for up to 12:1 CR, up to 12mm cams
- match-ported skunk2 IM with HD gasket to stock ITR TB, tapered/polished
- Toda Spec A camshafts, toda springs, ITR LMAs
- cryoed stock GSR/ITR retainers bought new
- PE timing belt
- Spoon Camgears
- Stock HG, 20-30 thou" mill
- ITR intake valves high flow valve job, stock ex valves
- ARP head studs

USDM ITR block with:
- JDM ITR pistons,
- stock rods, arp rod fasteners
- ARP fasteners for block stiffener and main caps
- balanced bottom end
- race prepped oil pump housing with billet gear
- mugen/spoon baffeled oil pan/upgraded pickup

ECU: chipped P72, hondata S200
FUEL: PLude 290cc, Plude fuel pump
Ignition: any thoughts on upgrades? necessary?
intake: Comptech Ice Box, K/N filter, DYI insulated 3" tubing to TB
exhaust: SMSP, HYTECH or COMPTECH 2.5" would want the option
of a track axle back and another for the street that would be
more stock sounding.

target compression would be: 11.8-12:0 CR, 4000-9200rpm powerband

this is for me on a long-er term wish list for my non-R DC2.
any input would be appreciated.

I estimate 220/150 SAE corrected at the wheels with a high 130 5252xover
wouldnt be unrealistic. Wether or not I can afford to do it... thats another story... hehe! Any thoughts? I already have the P72/C5 engine running in OBD2 GSR- stock manifolded form with all stock bolt on systems and GSR cams.
160/122 SAE 118@5252 untuned, 18BTDC.

That's looking very optimistic but my guesstimate would be somewhere around 210-215 and 140ish

Thats within the expected ballpark, 210-220 140-150 at the wheels tuned would be lotsa fun in my car with the right brakes, clutch/fly/FD/LSD, coil over suspension and 16s with 215/45s...
