This is my normal DS wheel well:

Definitely something wrong with this PS wheel well:

Everything is stock, but the car was recently in the shop to repair body damage done to the rear quarter panel of the passenger side. There has been a creaking sound coming from the front passenger side, near the broken wheel well, since the repair. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong?

Looks like your upper control arm is hiiting the inner fender well. This would be casued by something out of alignment. Is this a stock suspension setup? or is it aftermarket?
Need some more info. - like what kind of car, year, etc...............

Its an Acura Integra GS year 2000. Purchased new. Everything is stock. There is a problem with the wheel gap.
Driver's side, normal, i mirror flipped it to make it easier to compare.

This is the abnormal passenger side
