I went to get my alignment done today, and he was telling me that my alignment has to be done ASAP because my toe in was 2.82 degrees, is that really a huge concern? and also my outter tie rod is bent

 

Yes that's pretty far out.
For my Honda, 2mm toe is the maximum in the specs.

You'll be wearing out your tyres quickly and it it's your rear tyre that's in, you'll be crab walking, ie, your car will be going sideways.

ok just making sure I didn't get ripped, cuz my car was eating tires for breakfast... my brand new $20 each tires were gone in 1 month!!! but he said my outer tie rod is putting me out 1/8th of an inch, that doesn't sound too bad does it?

i was hoping to get about 10k outta these tires til I get my engine swap / have money to work on my car

 

1/8th inch is doubel the maximum "spec" for a 2000 GSR. That combined with any Camber you may have would eat tires pretty quick. Not to mention 1/8th toe out would make the car twitchy on the highway.
