wtf is eating my tires so bad.
i have a lowered car so i know the camber is off and i need a minor alignment, but going though NEW tires in around 1.5 months is really drastic, what else could be contributing to it? tie rod or ball joint maybe?

You need to check the front end out, and if everything is good and tight then you'll need an alignment, it's not your camber eating tires...it's your Toe.

Re: wtf is eating my tires so bad.
You do need to be specific. Is it the inside 1-2" or the whole tire.
On my first civic, I had about 2.25" of negative chamber and my tires wore well. They wore towards the inside, but it was even.
Toe is the killer that eats the inside edge. Nothing sadder than seeing a brand new tire with a corded inside edge.
There are two things that contribute to a toe problem. Need for an alignment and worn out tie rod ends or ball joints.
Given that 5th gen civics are a minimum of 14 years old and 6th gens are a minimum of 9 years old, there is a very good chance that your suspension needs some attention. Check bushings, upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends.

YES, TOE
IF YOU LOWER YOUR RIDE, YOU MUST ALIGN IT. PERIOD.
Toe is exactly what will kill your tires in a month. Every time you change ride height, you must get your car aligned if you don't want to kill tires. A little camber ain't gonna hurt them, but toe will kill tires dead within a matter of weeks.
What everyone said about bushings/tie rod ends/etc is also true, but a big indication of whether they're too worn out is when the alignment guy tells you that he can't get it into spec... that always means that something's either bent, or a bushing's worn out. Otherwise, I tend to leave them alone unless they're visibly damaged.
Either way, you need to start with an alignment.
