what computer to use?

i did a b16 swap on a 91 integra but i cant find a computer to make the vtc work. is their a jumper harness to go from obd0 to obd1 or what computer should i use?

yes there is jumpoff harness go on ebay and use a p72 ecu (gsr computer)

i got a jumper harness and i put it in and took the ecu out of my 95 gsr and it would not start? their are extra wires.
