well for 96+ its Green w/ red stripe...its probably the same for older

You sure about that [4 wires]?

I have a 96-99 Civic Helms along with a 98-00 Integra Helms and they BOTH show only 3 wires.

You would be correct about the Load Output siganl wire color [Grn/Red].
