well i am in need of a cluch now and flywheel too
so i called my parts guy and he said he needed to know what kind of tranny i have with my b16a first gen.. he said the splines are diff on them
how do i find out what tranny i have?
well on my tranny it says S1 is that the same as ys1

'90-'91 Integra LS is what you need. I'm using that with an S1 transmission. If your car has really short gearing then that's what you have also; otherwise you have a Y1 (YS1) transmission.

 

well i dont know if my car has short gearing
how do i tell? something i should look for on tranny or engine revs or something.
so a clutch out of a delsol or sir wont work?

There should be a stamp on the tranny close to where the motor stamp is at.
(left of the header)
That will tell you what tranny you have.

 

he has a s1 for sure ...saw it with me own two eyes.....if its the LS clutch he needs then thats what hell get ....just making sure .....what other clutches are the same...
