What causes Axel Tramping/Bouncing?

What causes Axel Tramping/Bouncing?
I'd do a search for it but i dont really know what its called.
When i launch the car bounces all over the place. I know that if you don't give it enough revs, the car will bounch on launch. But what causes it exactally? I never used to have this problem until i recently put my JDM ITR Tranny in my B16A2. Could it be something wrong with the tranny? or could it be the driveshafts? Cause the last time my car did this, i killed a drivesaft.
