What is this wiring from an old phone or? I wanna take it out.

I got this car five years ago maybe at one point he had like OnStar? It didn't even have a radio when I got it. I should be safe to remove it then right? Its under the backseat in my 1996 Acura Integra coupe.

yes you're fine to remove it. that is not a factory part, it's been added at some point
