Default what cams to go with

hey ther ht iam looking for cams for my b16a i have type r pistons itr mani 68mm tb port matched mani and rsr headers just wondering if anyone else has this setup and what cams that they are running. also any good direction will be greatly appreciated. oh and iam not looking to get crazy cams something mild for its my dd thanks

Your setup is pretty mild and would require mild cams. Something along the lines ITR/CTR cams or the pretty much copy of those like the Skunk2 Tuner 1's.

Based off your current set up the itr ctr cam will be fine if you want to go a different route you can look into a set of Brian crower cams . Are you going to upgrade your valve train as well?

itr cams will be great, match that to itr springs/rsx retainers.
if you go with a stage 1 cam setup, use a valvespring that has a 60-70lb rate
you are going to need some kind of tuning after cams
