a noob such as myself on maintaining an EG with a GSR B18C swapped motor? No turbo. This is my first car. My friend that brought it up to where I live made me a list of what the car has.

DOHC VTEC
- Aem Fuel Rail
- Skunk 2 adjustable cam gears
- Skunk 2 intake manifold
- Tri-y headers
- Port+polished head
- Fuel pump
- Stage 1 clutch
- Short ram intake

I have had it for a little while and have had brake pads changed, added brake fluid, new windshield wipers, just changed the motor oil (synthetic) and transmission oil. I feed my car 91 octane gas.

Now, I'm not sure if I've come to the right place, but I need to study up on my car, but don't know where to begin. I don't know very much about cars and am a beginner, but now that I own this hatch, I really want to learn more about it.

Start by getting a repair manual. That will make sure you learn all of the correct procedures for each operation.

 

Not a bad start. Look around. under all motor can give you a few ideas on what to do next. Look up on the main page and enter the forum that best suits you. GL
