Weird Problems... NEED HELP!

I was getting two codes a 10 for the Intake Air temp or (IAT) and a 14 for the Idle Air Control. The wierd thing is the vtec was still working. I was told my wires were plugged in wrong. I re-routed the plugs and reset the ecu. Now my code 14 went away, but whever I press down on the clutch while moving, instead of the revs dropping, they go up about 500-700rpm from where I was when I pressed the clutch.
It feels like I'm pressing the gas while the clutch is depressed. Weird huh?
Help me out you guys. It's a jdm d15 connected to an 94 si harness in a 92 cx.
