I'm not even going to reply to this.....oh wait a minute.

The difference is one is a 1.5 and the other is a 1.6, and one has VTEC and one doesn't.

92-95

D15B non-VTEC CX 70hp
D15B non-VTEC DX 102hp
D15Z1 VTEC VX 92hp
D16Z6 VTEC Si 125hp

If your gonna boost a D series, you'll have to get a VTEC motor. Rods aren't stong enough in the 1.5 non-VTEC

Now wait for Mista Bone to reply with more. He'll correct me if I'm wrong on amything to. I'm getting tired, can't think straight, and going to bed now. Damn its almost 4am.

Why dont you swap in a triple over head cam vtech motor. Why even bother with a single cam?

I think I remember Mista Bone posting some pics of the Vx pistons on the D series forum, and they looked pretty beefy.

AHHHHHHHHH I see now what your talking about, its one of these....

yes you can buy a turbo package for them, i think the one above is the D15BVTECH...there are loads of up grade packages available all you have to do is to find the ecu and tap in to the flux-gigadometer and up the boost of the N/A centrafugal non linear roller bearing pulsecharger and then connect an in-line non return two way valve between the strobe diometer and the inertial bypass sprogget and swap in a ultinator hi-flow capacity verbomitor and you'll be pushing the mighty 2bhp mark!!!
