Default Vtec wiring ?'

My 90 Si currently has a B16 in it is wired for B16 running a PR3... I have a D16Z6 and cable Si tranny I want to drop into the care while i rebuild the B16... My question is will the Z6 function properly and engage vtec as the ECU engages it regularly for the B16?..any help is GREATLY appriciated THanks

Are you asking whether the ECU will be able to energize the VTEC solenoid? Probably yes.

Different fuel maps. Different spark timing maps. Different VTEC engagement points. Do you really want to use that ECU?
