Vtec Problems
Hi,
I currently build my all motor b20v setup and everything work well. Right after the build i went straight to dyno and tune to break it in at the dyno. Everything was working fine until the next few days. I started having vtec problems in the morning my vtec engages fine, but after a few minutes of driving my vtec disengages or sounds like its clogging up.
vtec is set at 6600k rpm, so as soon i hit vtec it starts to feel a stutter feel/sound. At times my vtec will work, but lately it does not let me pass vtec for a few days now. I can feel the vtec kick in but for some reason it doesnt let me continue its like i hit a redline and its starts to stutter. I disassemble the solenoid replace the upper and lower gaskets and still no luck.
I went and try another solenoid, it did the same thing. i tested my solenoid it worked fine, i tested my presure switch, its was also good. No check engine light is on either.
If anyone has or had this problem before please feel free to post up your knowledge, I am willing to listen to any advise you may have.
Thanks
