Default Vtec issues tried everything need help asap and bad

I have a 96 prelude with a obd1 swapped 97 type s h22a. no vtec
things tried
1.new oil sensor switch on oil filter housing,
2.installed oil guage and reads 50-70
3.has balanced shaft delete
4.motor is crate 50,000 miles
5.pulled apart has oil orphus under middle cam cap
6.cleaned vtec pressure switch and screen
7.hardwired a4 to solenoid and d6 to ground

8.oil pint to half quart over full. has aluminum oil pan
no dents.

9.new temp sending unit but car is running 180 but guage is not moving past one mark. aftermarket guage reads 180

10.hooked up an apexi controller and rpm reads half what the tach reads apexi is withered to read that thru the icm.

11.I pulled the 10mm bolt from the front part of the top right of the head and put oil guage in there at idle it has a small anout of oil that runs out but doesn't read pressure. I get to 6000 rpm and manually enguage vtec and the guage moves from nothing to 70 psi in a few seconds so pressure under vtec but should there be just running normal not in vtec?

12. three computers two modded with cel. knock and 02 delete and p13 stock and no change. modded ecu will hit 8000 and hit rev stock cuts out at 6500.

even with cel delete on modded ecu's the cel comes on? should it.

need help bad fast car is a turd without lol.

motor h22a type s , ported intake side of head, header, lightweight flywheel, bs delete, iab delete, cai, m2s4 with quaife. to add as soon as vtec is fixed, stage 2 cams and valvetrain and 440 injectors

1) if you have a vtec pressure switch why are trying to do the bypass ?
2) in order to do the bypass u run the vtec pressure switch straight to ground .. most bypass info is wrong
3) put the stock ecu in and check for any and all codes ... after all issues fixed you can tune a chipped ecu
