VTEC - Honda's Explanation

FYI for you Tech regulars... whenever someone asks how VTEC works, Honda Marine has an excellent page on it here: http://www.hondabf225.com/advvte.htm . I was browsing through this site about their BADASS V-6 VTEC 225 horsepower outboard boat engine, and found this page.

God damn, now i wanna get a boat... can you hear the VTEC crossover on those motors? Just for an OE part maybe we can cut up a CTR cam to get a little more power.. j/k hehe

No, and as much as I love Honda, I'd chose Mercury because they're cheaper and are of better quality. Yes, for once, the US makes something superior to Japan.
