Working on puttign a Vtec head together. Started with the casting and now have a bunch of diffenrt shape/length bolts for cam caps/oddball stuff. Looking for a link or diagram that shows what size bolts go where. A lot of these bolts are for outside the head stuff so not sure which to use. Any help is greatly appreciated TIA

head type would help sohc/dohc what we talking about here?

or if your not sure then helms always helps if you have never took this head apart! or even for a ref for the torque specs

 

B16 head .. and ya started as a Casting with a pile of loose stuff from my collections. Haynes manual isnt giving me any specifics on bolt size. They are mainly saying put the bolts back where I took them out from. Sooo ya ... tryin to get this thing together tonight. Thanks

well i can not give you bolt sizes because i just feel my way though and take a mental pic but that’s just me! Not very pro answer i know sorry!

as for your problem you might want to go to https://www.hondapartsdeals.com/

and look up the 99-00 civic si engine i believe they give some of the measurements of the bolts on the diagrams might not be much help but might give you a start!
