Default vtec on ecu

is there a site or if some one on here will know off the bat each ecu where vtec comes in.
i have 3 ecu but i want to used the one that it will takes longer for vtec to kick.there all obd1 and not chip but the p28 is chip if matter

p61
p30
p72
for the hell if it p28

p30 would be your best bet for the high vtec kick.. the p72 is around 4500 as the p30 is 5500.
