Default P28 or P30 ecu ?

my jdm b16A w/ P30 ecu: vtec hits at 72 mph. how do i change vtec engagement?
use P28 ecu or vtec controller?

Yes, I think we're all confused. You can chip the P30 to change whatever you want, no need to get another ecu.
