Default vtec boggs

i just put in my comp cams this weekend it cam gears set at 0 0 well when vtec kicks it from around 4500 too about 5800 it kinda fells like it boggs. so i messed with the cam gears all day saturday and the best way kinda so far is 3 adv on intake and 2 ret on the ext with ign timming set at 16 deg and runs a whole lot better than before but still boggs alittle so i was wondering what i should do. wo8ld it matter if i put it at 4 adv on intake and leave the ex the same .... could some body please help me out its just between 4500 too about 5800 and then starts pulling real hard and yes timming is perfect

higher profile cams normly have higher vtec cross over like iv herd toda spec b is 6.7 k and for say type r is 5.5k and gsr is 4.4 k if your sawp them with out raieing vtec i think you get the bogg becouse your runing high profile ment for high rmp and with low rmp you have to much over lab so you lose alota trogue

sorry i cant spell im dumb i think you should buy a feilds and play with high vtec cross over and add in some fule for up top power
