Default vtec always on help!!!

the vtec is always on according to my data logger ecu control 5
how do i turn it off ? bc it is runnig on the high cam all the time si it won't idle

88 crx si
chiped p28 uberdata
skunk 2 stage 2 cam springs
built 9:1 comprestion

Follow your wiring and find out where it's grounded. Are you sure your data logger is accurate?

yeah it would make sense if it were running on the high cam is will barely idle
how would you say to check the wiring ? just check for the 12volt at the slinoid?

Trace the wire back and see if its shorting to ground somewhere.

if i unplug the idel air control it will warm up at 1500rpm then drop to lik e150-250rpm
if i plug it in it will surge to 3250rmp to wrm up the drop to 800 and kinda idle fine

i do'nt want it to surge to 3000 on start up because the is whorable for the engine on start up with no oil in it

also it seems to bog out untill 3500 rpms then it is fine and pulls hard
