vss wiring?

vss wiring?
Ok im just trying to figure this out for refrence.
My vss has 3 wires
Blue/white -goes to ecu
Black/yellow goes to any black yellow
Black goes to ground
Is that correct or totally wrong?
ive got a short someplace and just need to know that, so i can run new wires to the correct locations.

That's pretty much correct... You can't necessarily run the blk/yel to ANY blk/yel wire (as there are others out used for sensor references, etc.), it just has to be an IGN 12V+... What chassis are you working with?
