Default very weird issue with cooling

ok, so, 92 civic 4 door. auto. b15b7. replaced the following: thermostat, flushed the complete cooling system, fixed the faulty fan issue, confirmed the water pump was NOT leaking, and still made a strong current. no faulty wiring at all.

why when i am driving, i notice when i get up to 60/70mph, the temp rises really high, but cools down when i coast for a sec and get back on the gas it cools down. what the heck would cause this? im thinking the head is trashed.

Which is correct?

1-Temp. goes up, [over heats] one time and then back to normal?
2-Temp. goes up every time your speed goes up?
3-Temp. only goes up, [over heats] from cold engine? 94

mainly option 2. and itll stay up until i turn on the heater, then it will go back down to normal. when i hit 60/65, it will go back up, then i let off the gas, cruise back down to 50/55 then get back on the gas, and then it cools down.

when i turn the car on in the morning, it takes less than 30 secs to warm up. unlike my other cars which would take like AT LEAST 5 min to warm up.

Remove the rad cap, start engine, look for air bubbles, it sure sounds like a HG leak

Have you checked oil for coolant or done a HC, [hydrocarbon] test in coolant? 94

well, when i flushed the system, i waited for the thermo to open, then i put a water hose in the bottom rad hose and turned it on, water came out of the top hose, it had smallllll bubbles, almost like steaming water does when spaghetti is cooking, thats about it. like the white foamy bubbles, nothing more than that and only in small increments.

Agreed, if it's related to speed then it sounds like HG.

Compression and leak down test!
Or like fcm suggested, take off rad cap and start car. If the HG is blown badly it will shoot coolant out of the rad neck.

that would not be the issue since this car is not equipped with an oem oil cooler.

new water pump just added, still nothing. the rad cap is good, disconnected the heater core and tried to see if that worked, still over heating. flushed the **** too. had the head milled, new iacv, new pcv system(hoses n valve), im really starting to think its the block, the rad looses a very slight ammount of coolant after like 30 min of driving. which also leads me to believe its a fuxed block.
