Default Very Random bogging! Code 43. HELP

The car will bog at random. Driving along and I feel the car stop accelerating. I'm not flooring it, just casually accelerating and it starts to bog, it goes from hardly noticeable to bogging so hard I think the car is going to die. When it bogs to the point I think the car is going to stall I throw it into neutral and everything is fine so I have no clue what's happening. So I pick up my buddy to ride along with me because it's so weird to explain how it's bogging. So we get in the car and start driving and it bogs a little bit but it's fine, we drive for about 15 minutes with 0 zero problems, I pull up to a light it turns green I make a left turn and it starts to bog hard. We pull over pop the hood see if anythings loose. Nothing. We get back in the car go to autozone get a new gas cap, check the price of a o2 sensor, install the new gas cap and we're on our way.

Turn the car on I feel it bog down just a tiny bit so we sit there for a second it goes away and we leave, go driving around for another 25+ miles and the car is absolutely fine, I stay in 5th going up hills the car doesn't bog, I don't bog at all when leaving stop signs, NOTHING. So we assume it was somehow the gas cap. As I'm driving him home I say lets see if it's really fixed. Come to a stop sign, turn the car off for about 15 seconds, turn it back on, wait about 15 more seconds and put it in 1st start to take off and it's bogging HARD. So no clue what's happening because it's completely random. Drop him off head home car bogs a little bit but nothing crazy. What could be causing this. Weak fuel pump, o2 sensor? I really need to know. Luckily I got sick so I didn't have to work this weekend but I go back to work on Monday. I need to fix this. I could really use some help.

This is a real pesky code. The number 1 fix is to replace the oxygen sensor with a Denso but that's only about 50/50 chance of fixing it. However, I would first check to see if there is an exhaust leak anywhere from the exhaust manifold to just past the oxygen sensor by seafoaming on a cold engine start through the brake booster hose just a little at a time(you don't want to pour too much or you could lock up the engine and that would be real bad so just a little bit at a time while checking) while simultaneously looking for white smoke leaking out of the exhaust. If none is leaking I would then replace the oxygen sensor with a Denso.

As an initial check you can disconnect the oxygen sensor connector after warming up the car completely and checking to see if the issue goes away after it throws a code for the oxygen sensor. Don't worry about the code because that's what you want, after it throws the code it will turn off the oxygen sensor and use predetermined fuel maps which will tell you if the oxygen sensor is the problem. If the issue goes away then the issue is the oxygen sensor and/or the exhaust leak.

Sorry. It's a 95 civic lx, had the d15 in it originally, but the previous owner blew up it and swapped a d16z6 in it. I'm running a p28 ecu. No mods at all, I've tried to keep it completely stock so It wouldn't give me any problems.

Is there any way to test the connector from the harness that goes to the o2 sensor to make sure that's not the problem? If I can rule out the connector I'll just install a new o2 and update everyone. I need to get this fixed.

I reset the ecu and cleaned the connections for the o2 sensor, I'm no longer throwing a code 43. I have no cel and it's still randomly bogging.
