rear toe: minimum is 0, max is 5/32"

i have 5/32" on one (just within spec) and 1/8" on the other. what unit of measurement is that in? i dont understand which is bigger (13/32", 1/8", etc)

also, i had a wheel/tire in the back seat. would this have affected the alignment after i took it out?

finally, whats the maximum allowable of degree crossing? i have 0.3 cross caster, 0.3 cross camber. there is no pull
