Default adjusting camber?

the only way to adjust camber is with a camber kit, or replacing the factory ball joints (to get to factory specs). is this correct?

does normal wear and tear cause camber to go out of spec?

thanks

camber doesn't change much over time. the main factor in camber are your springs. shorter springs=lower ride height=more negative camber, good for the corners. if you want to adjust your camber, the kits are the only way to go. however, i've read in the past month in a few posts here that the camber kits are mainly intended for street use, not quite for racing.
