I was going to adjust my valves today but this is what happened. well lets start this off............I pulled a runner off when I was trying to tighten the bolt back so I had to loosen the cam to get it back in ok that went ok but when I was tighting it back I broke a bolt that holds the cam brace on and I broke a bolt that holds the cam shaft position sensor on, I guess the bolts where really old...............? and to top that off we didnt use the right marks we used a white dot on the cam gear but now I read that we have to use the UParrow mark so My car is brok and the vavles sound worse than ever not to mention My friend that was helping me had to leave so I cant work on my car anymore! how to I get the broken bolts out help

its a non-vtec ZC DHOHC

ttt I need help asap

am I suppose to use the up arrows on the cam gears or the whit dot on the cam gears!
