Default which valve train?

i've searched and read a lot of posts concerning using itr outer and stiffened aftermarket inner valve springs with skunk stage 2's. i was wondering if there's any difference in power using the skunk valve train as opposed to the itr outer + stiffened inner. anyone got any dyno charts or personal experience?

Overly stiff springs could potentially reduce power due to the increased force needed to open the valves. You won't see any gain by running one or another unless one set is overly stiff or the other set is not stiff enough.

IMO, for valve springs it's best to stick with the same manufactures as the cams your using. If you got the Skunk2 cams, then go with the Skunk2 springs.
