Default valve train

i am wanting to build a NA b16. which vavle springs, retainers, and cams should i use? where can i get my ecu reprogamed to have a higher redline? and how high could i rev with the spings, retainers and cams?

depends on how much $$ you want to spend. Having a super built head isn't going to be all that great unless you spend a bit in the block. I run JUN III cams and the full valve train. So far I've revved to 10k repeatedly, no problem. You'll get a lot of variance here on who is better than who, it's all BS. Just look at the dyno charts, listen to people who tune (or those who will tune your car) and then make your decision. You can run Hondata, or chip an ECM to get your RPM band to go up. If you want a chipped ECM I think Kenji can do it for you, hell practically anyone can do it these days.
