Valve seals for sohc vtec? (difficulty)

Valve seals for sohc vtec? (difficulty)
Noticed this morning that my 100k+ mi d16z6 blew out some light bluish smoke upon start up. I know this to be a symptom of valve seals. How hard is it to install new ones.

im building my head as i speak. its hella easy to replace they cost 2.99 each and u need 16 of em.. while ur at it replace head bolts, head gasket, get a performance cam gear, mill the head,and make it quick
