Default Valve lash adjustment seized

So I disassembled my B18b a year and a half ago and placed everything in ziplock bags. Now I'm reassembling and the lash adjustment is seized on the intake side and completely free on the exhaust side. Every single one is rock solid frozen. Any ideas?

Pb blaster or Kroil. If that fails, then use heat.

Nut was seized in place. Looks like I never loosened before disassembling.

Heat and PB blaster didn't work.

Ended up putting back in place, securing Cam in place. And taking a wrench and mallet to the nut. Worked like a charm
