valve cover question/tech question
whats the name of this piece and can it be replaced?

and another question is that my car sometimes runs ruff it has no power until it warms up.
and sometimes i can rev the car up and it will start to run right it sounds like a subaru with no power i think its time for a new exhaust if any one could help me out with this thanks

everytime ive had a car run like that and sound like a suby its been a chipped valve due to nitrous, but most likely the reason it sounds like that is a misfire, that could be any number of things that would cause that, now its up to you to determine why.

That port on the valve cover has nothing to do with the EGR system. GhostAccord's post was correct.
As for running rough when first starting, is your FITV working properly? This is the fast idle thermo-valve on the bottom of the throttle body, with coolant lines running to it. It's supposed to make your car idle faster, up around 1500-1800 rpm when it's cold, until it gets up to normal operating temperature.
