Valve cover cutting for cam gears
Can any of you help me out with some suggestions for proper and clean valve cover cutting? I'm installing my cam gears this weekend but want to make sure to do as clean of a job as possible when cutting the valve cover. Whats the best tool to use for this and what's the best method for a clean look? I was thinking a Dremmel tool but wasn't sure if that would cause a hack job. Any info you guys could give me would be great. Or any links with suggestions and steps would be nice as well. Thanks a lot everyone
A band saw would probably make the cleanest cut. I used a jigsaw with a metal cutting blade and it worked great. Put masking tape on the top of the cover and take your time.

I might even just consider lookin in a junkyard for a cover to cut and keep my original uncut for after tuning. Thanks for your help
I used a Dremmel and made markings on the cover and pastic using a compass.
Take your time when you cut. I smoothed out the cut with a file and some sandpaper.
