Default valve cover cutting

Ive seen posts on this before but Im wondering how you would cut your valve cover and timing belt cover like this?

I would imagine a holesaw would do the trick.

you can actually see the piece still laying on the floor below the engine.

well you can cuz it by clamping the two togeather and useing a hole saw, or you can draw a half circle pattern on the two and cuz away the material with a die-grinder

go check out : http://www.pmpdesigns.com i think they charge like only $40 if you have the valve cover already...........
