Default valve adjustment tool??

The tool used for a valve adjustment on B series motors is 12mm isnt it?? Went to buy the tool, and the guy asked me if it was 10mm or 12mm, I always thought it was 12mm but now im confused

10mm for most. B-series are 10mm. H series are 12mm.

bought it from snap-on..i think it was $38.60, not sure, ill have to double check

I have the snap on and its great. 10mm for B and D series.

B18C, B16A = 10mm.
B18B = 12mm.

$38 Damn that's cheap; I had to hunt down a snap-on truck who had one in stock which was like over an hour drive away from me and still I had to pay like $60 after tax.

10 mm for the b series...i bought one from the dealer but i hear the snap-on one is better but either way it works..oh yeah its expensive from the dealer like 48 bucks

I just use a 10mm deep socket held by vicegrips and run a screw driver down the middle of the socket

Now that's a f#@king deal! Why did I not find this awhile back and get a set of 4 for less than 20 bucks compared to that snap-on one for 60
