Default valve adjustment with 402a cams?

Im about to put my head on and I lost my cam timing card, I was just wondering if anyone knows the valve lash for the a 96 gsr with 402a cams? The crower webisite shows IN: .006 (hot). Is there a way to know what it would be cold?
EX: .008

Haynes book says 0.006 to 0.007-inch cold INTAKE
0.007 to 0.008-inch cold EXHAUST
I've got the same cams in my 99 B18C1, no ticking!
