VAFC tuning

Does anyone out there REALLY know how to use a VAFC. I'm a bit confused about the Lo-Cam and Hi-Cam sections of both the wide throttle and low throttle. There are so many functions on the VAFC and the manual that comes with it is shitty.

Im pretty sure you are gonna be doing the AFC hack since you are going turbo, so do a search on that in the FI forum. There is a thread like 50 pages long on it. Good Luck
